Soft polenta, raisins and rose water

800ml Milk
100g polenta
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
100g raisins
Few drops of rose water
Soy Life Soy Yoghurt to serve

Method

Place soy milk in a large saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and while constantly stirring, pour in polenta in a thin steady stream.
Add sugar and salt.
Simmer, stirring often, until polenta is soft and creamy.
Remove from heat and add raisins and rose water.
Serve in dishes with soy yoghurt.
This recipe is gluten and dairy free.
