1 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup sultanas
1/2teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/4 cups Milk
30g dairy-free spread, melted
cinnamon, for sprinkling
2 bananas, sliced
Soy LifeYoghurt, for serving
Sift flour into a large bowl.
Add sultanas and cinnamon and make a well in the centre.
Whisk egg and milk together and blend into flour to form a smooth batter.
Lightly brush a non stick or crepe pan with dairy-free spread and heat.
Drop spoonfuls of mixture into pan.
When mixture starts to bubble around the edges turn over and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve with bananas and Soy Yoghurt. .
