2 cups dried fruit salad Heat fruit and juice over low heat and bring to a simmer.
Remove from heat and stand for 10 minutes or until fruit is plump.
Strain, reserving liquid.
Whisk eggs and milk until combined.
Heat dairy-free spread in a non-stick frying pan. Dip brioche or bread into mixture one slice at a time.
Pan fry brioche or bread in batches and serve immediately with fruit.
Drizzle orange liquid around plate, dollop with yoghurt and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
