200g rolled oats
50g prunes, sliced
50g sunflower seeds
100g almonds, chopped
250ml Milk
350g Soy Life Soy Yoghurt
1 green apple, unpeeled, grated
1 orange, chopped
1 banana, sliced
1/4 honeydew melon, chopped
2 tbsp honey
Place rolled oats, prunes, sunflower seeds and almonds in a bowl.
Pour over soy milk and soy yoghurt and mix well.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight, until the mixture becomes soft and sticky.
Remove from fridge and mix in the fresh fruits and honey.
Ideal for breakfast. Will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
